How to protect the fetus when you are just pregnant

How to protect the fetus when you are just pregnant

In fact, many people do not know much about how to protect the fetus and do not know how to do it, especially during the early period of pregnancy, when the fetus should be protected well. This will make the placenta more stable and allow the fetus to grow better without any mistakes. The most important thing is to learn to improve your diet so that nutrients can become more adequate.

1. Protein

Protein is the main component of human cells, and the amino acids in protein are also important for the development of fetal brain cells. Lack of protein in pregnant women will affect pituitary gonadotropin, reduce estrogen and progesterone, and in severe cases may lead to termination of pregnancy.

2. Minerals (selenium, iron, iodine, calcium, zinc)

3. Sugar

Sugar is carbohydrate, the main source of calories for the human body, and is very important for the health of pregnant women and the development of the fetus. Ensuring 450 to 500 grams of staple food every day can ensure the intake of carbohydrates.

4. Fat

Fat can provide energy and is an important component of cells. Pregnant women should add 20 to 30 grams of fat to their diet every day, but it is best not to exceed 50 grams to avoid increasing the burden on the liver or causing obesity. Foods rich in fat include fatty meat, milk, nuts, cooking oil, etc.

5. Vitamins

Vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E.

6. Amino Acids

Methionine can help break down fat, prevent fatty liver, cardiovascular disease and kidney disease; remove harmful substances such as lead and other heavy metals; prevent muscle weakness; treat rheumatic fever and blood poisoning during pregnancy; a powerful antioxidant. It can reduce problems such as obesity, hyperglycemia, and gestational hypertension in pregnant women during the perinatal period.

Histidine can promote the early improvement of the baby's immune system function, strengthen physiological metabolic function, stabilize the rhythm of protein utilization in the body, and promote the baby's body development.

Folic acid is a member of the vitamin B complex. If pregnant women do not receive adequate folic acid supplementation, it can easily lead to fetal malformations, intellectual disabilities, low birth weight in infants, and even miscarriage in severe cases. Pregnant women in the second trimester are prone to gestational hypertension, megaloblastic anemia, etc.

Supplement time: three months before pregnancy and three months after pregnancy. Supplementary amount: 400~800 micrograms per day. Avoid excessive intake.
