Why does vaginal discharge suddenly increase?

When women find that there is an increase in vaginal discharge in their lower body, this phenomenon will make them very worried. Because increased vaginal discharge may be related to certain gynecological diseases, and gynecological diseases can be said to be the diseases that women fear and worry about the most. Because some gynecological diseases cannot be cured at all, and after suffering from gynecological diseases, women have great harm to their body and mind, so why does the leucorrhea in women's bodies increase?

Increased vaginal discharge is a symptom, indicating increased vaginal discharge. Normal vaginal secretions come from endometrial glands, cervical glands, paraurethral glands, Bartholin's glands, etc. Increased leucorrhea is not necessarily a sign of illness, but is mostly caused by various gynecological diseases. How can we distinguish whether increased leucorrhea is physiological or pathological? Normal physiological increased leucorrhea can occur in the following four situations:

① During ovulation or pregnancy, the increase in estrogen levels may increase the secretion of cervical glands.

② Before and after menstruation, vaginal and uterine secretions increase due to pelvic congestion.

③ During lovemaking, sexual excitement causes the Bartholin's glands to secrete a clear fluid to lubricate the vaginal opening, allowing for sexual intercourse.

④ During sexual intercourse, most of the semen ejaculated into the vagina flows out of the body and is mistakenly regarded as increased leucorrhea. Increased leucorrhea caused by gynecological diseases can be preliminarily analyzed based on the color, quality, quantity, odor and symptoms of leucorrhea. Common diseases include the following five categories:

① The colorless, transparent and sticky leucorrhea is like raw eggs. The physical difference from normal vaginal secretion is that the amount is large and the duration is long. Except for menstruation, there is a large amount of clear leucorrhea that wets the underwear almost every day. Combined with the clinical manifestations of low back pain or lower abdominal pain, pelvic inflammation should be considered. It should also be seen in those with weak bodies. At this time, it is best to see a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.

② Bean-dregs-like or curd-like leucorrhea, accompanied by unbearable itching of the vulva. Even in public, one cannot help rubbing the vulva with hands to relieve the itching. It is common in candida infection. You can use 3% soda water to rinse the vagina and then put MicoDing Teng tablets deep in the vagina. During the treatment of the disease, suspend sexual intercourse to avoid mutual infection. You can also take carbendazim tablets orally, two tablets each time, twice a day. The couple takes the medicine at the same time for three days as a course of treatment. In addition, there are many drugs that can kill Candida, but they are expensive and not suitable for promotion. You can consult a doctor and choose more reasonable medicine.

③ Purulent leucorrhea with a fishy odor (or thin, purulent, watery leucorrhea) accompanied by vaginal itching, commonly seen in acute stages of Trichomonas or purulent bacterial infection (gonococci, etc.) or viral infection.

④ Bloody leucorrhea is common in senile vaginitis, cervical polyps, severe cervical erosion, cervical cancer, uterine body cancer, submucosal uterine fibroids protruding from the external os of the cervix, etc. If bloody leucorrhea occurs, you should immediately see a doctor to check the bleeding area. Do not wait until the bloody leucorrhea disappears before seeing a doctor, thereby losing the opportunity to directly observe the bloody leucorrhea. If it is postmenopausal hemorrhagic leucorrhea, you should ask your doctor to rule out the possibility of cancer. Generally speaking, the chance of cancer is very low, and it is most often caused by inflammation. Therefore, please do not panic or even suffer from insomnia when you see bloody bands. The wisest choice is to see a doctor for a thorough examination and immediate treatment.

⑤ Yellow or slightly reddish leucorrhea like fish washing water, accompanied by a foul odor, is often caused by necrosis or degeneration of certain tissues. Those who need to use sanitary pads when the amount is large should pay more attention and ask a doctor to check and rule out submucosal uterine fibroids, uterine body cancer, cervical cancer, etc.
