2. Qi and blood deficiency type:

It is mostly due to congenital physical weakness, or acquired nutritional deficiencies, waist and kidney deficiency, leading to flat chest and insufficient milk secretion after delivery.

3. Kidney essence deficiency type:

Insufficient congenital endowment and acquired nutritional imbalance will lead to damage to the kidneys. It is often manifested as premature aging, scanty menstruation, lower back pain, dizziness, and memory loss.

3 dietary methods for breast enhancement

Ms. Xu said that a daily diet containing peanuts, dandelion roots, Codonopsis pilosula, Chinese angelica, etc. can be described as "silently nourishing" and can improve women's figure to varying degrees and achieve a rounder effect. She recommends several simple dietary recipes to all her "beauty friends".

1. Nourishing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Congee:

Cook 100 grams of peanuts, 100 grams of pitted red dates and 20 grams of astragalus into porridge and eat it for 7 days after menstruation.

Effectiveness analysis:

Peanuts are rich in protein and oil; red dates can promote salivation and regulate endocrine system; astragalus can promote qi and blood circulation. The combination of these three can nourish qi and promote blood circulation, while also warming the uterus and increasing the pregnancy rate.

2. Dandelion Codonopsis Tea:

3 grams of dried dandelion root, 3 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, and 2 grams of almonds. Wash the ingredients and brew with 250 ml of boiling water.

3. Blood-replenishing and beauty-enhancing soup:

10 grams of Angelica sinensis, 10 grams of Chuanxiong, 10 grams of White Peony Root, and 15 grams of Rehmannia Glutinosa. The medicinal materials can be boiled twice in a row.
