Estrogen drugs can be taken orally or injected intramuscularly, such as oral ethinyl estradiol, 5 mg each time, 3 times a day, for 3 to 5 days; or intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate, 2 mg each time, 2 times a day, for 3 to 5 days. Oral or external use of Chinese herbal medicines to stop milk production can also have good effects, such as 120g of roasted malt, boiled in water, and taken warm in 3 doses; or 1 bowl of soy milk, add a little white sugar; or first suck out the milk, use 50-60g of saltpeter, put it in a gauze bag, apply it to the breasts, and replace it in time after deliquesce, 3-4 times a day. In addition to typical foods that can help with weaning, such as barley tea, maltose, leeks, peppercorns, aniseed (fennel), MSG, ginseng, hawthorn, chocolate, bitter melon, etc. It should be noted that there are also foods that are too raw, cold, or spicy, so you don't need to be too strict with your diet.
