3. Precautions after ectopic pregnancy abortion

1. Patients with ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage should pay more attention to their diet, focusing on warm and tonic and easy-to-digest food. They can eat more foods rich in protein and vitamins, such as eggs, milk, ribs, chicken, fish, etc., to increase the body's resistance and prevent bacterial invasion. However, it should be noted that cold foods such as snails, crabs, bitter gourd, etc. cannot be eaten, because this is not conducive to the patient's physical recovery.

2. Patients with ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage should pay more attention to hygiene. Do not take a bath within 2 weeks after the miscarriage and do not have sexual intercourse within one month. Change your underwear and sanitary napkins frequently.

3. After an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage, the patient should pay more attention to their daily life and get more rest. It is best to rest in bed for 2-3 days after the operation. It usually takes about 2 weeks to rest. The patient must not neglect their health because of work.
