The aftereffects of circumcision

The aftereffects of circumcision

When men reach a certain age, their foreskin will be too long, and they must have a circumcision at this time. Otherwise, it will affect the normal development and growth of their reproductive organs and their future fertility. Therefore, it is very important. However, some sequelae are inevitable after circumcision. At this time, the most important thing is to pay attention to one's own cleanliness and hygiene to avoid bacterial infection.

1. Symptoms and signs: Phimosis can be divided into true phimosis and false phimosis. True phimosis means that the glans cannot be fully exposed even after the penis is erect; false phimosis means that the glans cannot be fully exposed at normal times, but can be fully exposed after the penis is erect.

2. If a man suffers from foreskin that is too long, the foreskin opening will be narrow and difficult to turn up.

3. The foreskin is a layer of skin covering the glans penis.

4. Prepuce that is too long is often manifested as the foreskin opening being too small, and the glans cannot be exposed at any time.

1. Hindering the development of the penis: During adolescence, the glans penis is tightly covered by the foreskin and cannot receive the necessary external stimulation. The development of the glans penis is greatly restricted, resulting in a significantly smaller circumference of the glans penis crown after the sexual organ matures, affecting sexual pleasure. Adults may have normal sexual life affected by foreskin being too long or phimosis. Especially for men with a small foreskin, the foreskin cannot be restored and is firmly stuck in the coronal sulcus, resulting in incarcerated phimosis, which is very painful. In severe cases, the glans may become edematous due to poor blood flow, and may even become necrotic.

2. Causing inflammation of the penis: There are abundant sebaceous glands in the foreskin, which can secrete a large amount of sebum. An excessively long foreskin will prevent the secretions of the sebaceous glands in the foreskin from being discharged, and the sebum and sediment in the urine will combine to form the cheese-like and smelly "smegma". Smegma is suitable for bacterial growth, so it can cause inflammation of the glans penis and foreskin. Bacteria can also cause urinary tract infection through the urethra. Inflammation occurring at the urethral opening may cause narrowing of the urethral opening after healing, resulting in difficulty in urination.

3. Damage to kidney function: Inflammation of the penis may cause stenosis of the urethral opening or anterior urethra, resulting in difficulty in urination. If you have difficulty urinating for a long time, your kidney function will be damaged.

4. Causes premature ejaculation: Due to the excessively long foreskin, the glans penis cannot be in good contact with the outside world, resulting in high sensitivity of local nerves. Once sexual intercourse begins, ejaculation will occur after only a few frictions. If this continues for a long time, it will form habitual premature ejaculation. The phenomenon of foreskin being too long can easily lead to premature ejaculation. Because the foreskin is too long, the glans penis will be very sensitive, and it will be easy to ejaculate during sexual intercourse. If this continues for a long time, it will lead to premature ejaculation, affecting men's sexual life and causing great psychological pressure on men.
