Especially the special prickly heat powder for pregnant women, its ingredients are relatively natural, mainly including plant corn powder, mint essence, honeysuckle essence, wild chrysanthemum essence, salicylic acid, and glacier snow fungus extract. Using corn powder instead of talcum powder is safer and more reassuring for pregnant women to use.

1. To prevent prickly heat, you should pay attention to skin hygiene, take a bath and change clothes frequently. People who are prone to prickly heat should dry themselves after taking a shower and then apply a little talcum powder or prickly heat powder.

2. Avoid activities under the scorching sun, do not overeat, and eat less sugar and high-fat foods. These can prevent the occurrence of prickly heat.

3. Wear loose and comfortable clothes, and keep your skin clean and dry. You should take a bath frequently in summer (warm water bath is better) and take appropriate amounts of cool drinks, such as mung bean soup.
