Can I have a baby with an ectopic pregnancy?

Can I have a baby with an ectopic pregnancy?

It is impossible for female friends to have children if they have symptoms of ectopic pregnancy in their lives. This is mainly because ectopic pregnancy can easily lead to miscarriage and endanger women's health, and also cause the fetus to not develop normally. Therefore, patients with ectopic pregnancy cannot have children. Ectopic pregnancy generally presents symptoms such as amenorrhea and vaginal bleeding. Female friends need to treat the ectopic pregnancy first and then prepare measures for conception.

5 symptoms of ectopic pregnancy

1. Menopause:

Most patients have a short history of amenorrhea before an ectopic pregnancy occurs, and also have early pregnancy reactions such as nausea, vomiting, etc., and the pregnancy test may be positive.

2. Diarrhea:

Patients with ectopic pregnancy may also experience diarrhea symptoms, which can easily be mistaken for indigestion or intestinal emergencies if the condition is not carefully analyzed.

3. Vaginal bleeding:

After the death of the embryo, there is often irregular vaginal bleeding, which is mostly spot-like, dark brown in color, and small in amount, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation, and is spotty and not clean.

4. Pale complexion:

In a short period of time, the face becomes pale as paper, accompanied by dry mouth, palpitations, fear of cold, and fatigue.

5. Abdominal pain:

The incidence rate is 95%. The abdominal pain is caused by multiple factors such as fallopian tube enlargement, rupture, and blood irritating the peritoneum. It is often a sudden tearing or paroxysmal pain on one side of the lower abdomen, accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

Can I keep a child conceived out of the womb?

1. Ectopic pregnancy seriously endangers women's health. After tubal pregnancy, due to the thin wall of the fallopian tube, the inner wall mucosa and submucosal tissue are very weak or incomplete, the fertilized egg will develop to a certain stage and cause miscarriage of the fallopian tube pregnancy or rupture of the fallopian tube pregnancy and internal bleeding. The fallopian tube muscles are weak and cannot contract and compress the blood sinuses like the uterus to effectively stop bleeding. If there is heavy bleeding, it may cause shock.

2. Ectopic pregnancy itself is a very dangerous ectopic pregnancy, so the child cannot be retained, otherwise it will cause life-threatening danger. It is difficult for a fertilized egg to maintain pregnancy in the fallopian tube. Within 1 to 2 months after the patient's menopause, the gradually growing fertilized egg will burst the fallopian tube, causing heavy bleeding, which can lead to shock and even endanger the patient's life. Ectopic pregnancy is one of the main causes of death among pregnant women. Therefore, children conceived from ectopic pregnancy cannot be kept.

How to prevent ectopic pregnancy

1. Pregnancy and proper contraception

Choose a time when both parties are in a good mood and physical condition to get pregnant. If you are not considering becoming a mother for the time being, you must take good contraceptive measures. Good contraception fundamentally prevents the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.

2. Timely treatment of reproductive system diseases

Inflammation is the main culprit for fallopian tube stenosis. Intrauterine operations such as artificial abortion increase the chance of inflammation and endometrium entering the fallopian tube, which in turn leads to adhesion and stenosis of the fallopian tube, increasing the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. Reproductive system diseases such as uterine fibroids and endometriosis may also change the morphology and function of the fallopian tubes. Timely treatment of these diseases can reduce the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.

3. Try IVF

If a woman has had an ectopic pregnancy before, the possibility of another one is enough to destroy her confidence in becoming a mother. In vitro fertilization is an option. After the sperm and egg successfully "get married" in vitro, the fertilized egg can be sent back to the mother's uterus for safe gestation.

4. Pay attention to hygiene during menstruation, delivery and postpartum period to prevent infection of the reproductive system. Determine the location of pregnancy as soon as possible after menopause to detect ectopic pregnancy in time.
