3. Do not exercise within 3-4 hours before going to bed. Exercise can excite the brain nerves and is not conducive to sleep. Therefore, pregnant women should not exercise before going to bed.

4. Relax. Maintaining a relaxed and happy mood during pregnancy is essential for the growth and development of your baby. Before going to bed, you can listen to some relaxing and soothing music to relax yourself. This is not only conducive to sleep, but also helpful for prenatal education.

5. Sleep less during the day. During pregnancy, many women feel mentally sleepy and physically tired both during the day and at night, so these women basically sleep during the day. If you sleep too much during the day, you will naturally be prone to insomnia at night, so you can do something else during the day to divert your attention, relieve sleepiness, and save more sleep for the night.
