What to eat for midnight snack during breastfeeding

For mothers who have just given birth, most doctors will recommend that they take a period of physical conditioning, reduce the time they spend out of bed, and avoid catching cold or bacterial infections. This is what we often call confinement. During the confinement period, if you want the mother's body to recover faster, it is necessary to choose some food for conditioning. So during the breastfeeding period, if the mother wants to have a midnight snack, what should she choose?

1. Egg Custard

Beat two eggs and add twice the amount of boiled water, steam in a pot for 15 minutes, add seafood soy sauce and sesame oil. If you are not afraid of trouble, you can add chopped mushrooms, green vegetables, dried shrimps, and minced meat to it~ If you like sweet taste, you can also replace the boiled water with milk, add a spoonful of sugar, filter it, cover it with plastic wrap and steam it~ Smooth and tender egg pudding (=,= I call it pudding)

2. Small pancakes

Add an egg to a spoonful of noodles, add water, make it into a thin batter, add a small amount of salt, pepper and chopped green onion. Usually some shredded zucchini is used, but you can also shred carrots or chopped green vegetables. Coat the pan with a thin layer of oil and the pancakes will be fragrant.

3. Papaya stewed with milk

Cut the papaya into one third, peel and cut into pieces, add some rock sugar and put it in a small bowl, steam it for ten minutes, pour a bag of milk in, continue steaming until the milk boils, and then you can eat it~

4. Keep quick-frozen food on hand

Ask your mother to make some small wontons for you, put them in the freezer, and cook them in the evening. Put seaweed, dried shrimps, chopped green onions, coriander, soy sauce, salt and other seasonings in a bowl. When the wontons are cooked, pour a bowl of soup. If you like sweet food, you can prepare glutinous rice balls in the refrigerator. You really don’t have to worry about gaining weight during breastfeeding.

5. Reprocessing of staple foods

If there are steamed buns in the refrigerator (if frozen, microwave it briefly), cut half of the bun into dices, beat two eggs and mix the steamed bun dices together, add oil and chopped green onions to a wok, pour in the steamed buns and stir-fry (you need to add more oil to make it fragrant). If you are afraid of greasiness, you can simply stir-fry the steamed buns with cabbage and put a fried egg on top. If you have leftover rice, it is even simpler. You can add eggs to fried rice, or stir-fry rice with various diced vegetables. If you are not afraid of trouble, add some cheese and turn the oven. Then the simple baked rice is ready.
