(1) Wash the Tremella and Ganoderma lucidum, put them into a pot, and add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar.

(2) Simmer over low heat for two to three hours until the Tremella becomes sticky.

(3) Remove from heat, remove the Ganoderma lucidum residue, and then consume directly.

Precautions for consuming Lingzhi during breastfeeding

1. Ganoderma lucidum is slightly toxic and should not be used in excess.

2. Ganoderma lucidum cannot be eaten with preserved eggs, chili peppers, and lemons, as the nutritional value of Ganoderma lucidum will be greatly weakened.
