B-ultrasound showed blood flow signal

Some women feel discomfort in their breasts and go to the hospital for a check-up. An ultrasound shows blood flow signals. In this case, the chance of having breast disease is relatively high. There are many factors that cause breast disease. Bad personal emotions and irregular living habits can affect the health of the breast. If there is breast pain, it is best to seek medical treatment, take some medication, stay optimistic, and develop good living habits.

There is a small amount of blood flow, with 1 to 2 dot-like blood flow signals seen in the mass.

Blood flow signal, that is, the richness of blood flow.

The degree of blood flow is usually divided into four levels:

Grade 0 means no blood flow signal is seen in the mass;

Grade 1 means a small amount of blood flow, with 1 to 2 dot-like blood flow signals seen in the mass;

Grade 2 means moderate blood flow, with 3 to 4 dot-like blood flow signals or a blood vessel with clear wall in the mass;

Level 3 means abundant blood flow, with more than 4 blood flow dots or 2 blood vessels with clear walls seen in the mass.

Generally speaking, malignant tumors have richer blood supply than benign tumors, the former mostly have level 2 to 3 blood flow, and the latter mostly have level 0 to 1 blood flow. Among tumors, 86.96% of the malignant group had grade 2-3 blood flow, and 91.3% of the benign group had grade 0-1 blood flow.

Although the richness of blood flow is related to benign or malignant, it also has a certain relationship with the size of the tumor. Abundant blood flow signals can be observed in some larger benign breast tumors, but no blood flow signals are seen in some small breast cancers. This may be related to factors such as the small size of the tumor, relatively few new blood vessels with thinner diameters, and the limitations of the instrument's sensitivity, which makes it difficult to display the low-speed blood flow in small blood vessels.

CDFI displays the blood flow of the human body, and two- and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging displays the anatomical structure of the human body. Both provide complete anatomical information of the human body. Based on CDFI, since CDFI does not require directional separation, frequency domain demodulation and other processing, it can lower the detection threshold and facilitate the display of low-speed blood flow in small blood vessels, but it cannot distinguish between flow direction and flow velocity.
