Abdominal pain near the end of menstruation

Abdominal pain near the end of menstruation

Under normal circumstances, abdominal pain symptoms should appear at the beginning of menstruation or in the first few days. However, some people will experience abdominal pain when their menstruation is about to end. This should be considered as an abnormal phenomenon. First of all, it can be considered that this is because the individual has not paid attention to regulating his or her physical constitution in life and is too cold, which will lead to abdominal pain symptoms during menstruation. These are all things that require special care.

Researchers say that a low-fat diet rich in vegetables, beans, etc. can change the binding globulin that regulates sex hormones in the body, thereby reducing the synthesis of substances that cause dysmenorrhea. Soybeans, in particular, are rich in a type of plant estrogen and are most effective in inhibiting dysmenorrhea. Studies have also found that unsaturated fatty acids can inhibit the secretion of estrogen and reduce the severity of dysmenorrhea. Unsaturated fatty acids are mostly found in plant fats, so eating a vegetarian diet can achieve the purpose of inhibiting dysmenorrhea. Even if you don't eat a vegan diet, daily supplementation with soy or protein powder can improve premenstrual syndrome and dysmenorrhea.

What are the common causes of dysmenorrhea?

(1) Cervical stenosis mainly causes obstruction of menstrual outflow, leading to dysmenorrhea.

(2) Uterine hypoplasia Poor uterine development is prone to abnormal blood supply, causing uterine ischemia and hypoxia, which can lead to dysmenorrhea.

(3) Abnormal uterine position: If a woman's uterus is extremely retroflexed or anteflexed, it may affect the smooth flow of menstrual blood and cause dysmenorrhea.

(4) Psychological and neurological factors: Some women are overly sensitive to pain.

(5) Genetic factors: Dysmenorrhea in daughters is related to dysmenorrhea in mothers.

(6) Endocrine factors: Menstrual abdominal pain is related to increased progesterone in the luteal phase.

(7) The level of prostaglandins (PG) in the endometrium and menstrual blood is increased. Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) acts on uterine muscle fibers to cause them to contract and cause dysmenorrhea. The level of prostaglandins in the endometrial tissue of menstrual patients is significantly higher than that of normal women.
