Although you may feel some abnormalities when your period comes, you have normal blood secretion and a normal menstrual cycle. This is a normal phenomenon. Cook eggs with wolfberry and red dates: Use 20 grams of wolfberry, 8 red dates and two eggs each time. After the eggs are cooked, peel them and cook for a while. Eat the eggs and drink the soup.

4. Immortal Porridge: 20 grams each of Polygonum multiflorum and wolfberry, 60 grams of polished rice, 15 red dates, and appropriate amount of brown sugar to cook porridge, all of which have the effect of nourishing blood. For those with severe anemia, ferrous sulfate tablets can be taken, 3 times a day, 0.3 grams each time, after meals, and vitamin C, 0.2 grams each time, for 2 to 3 months, with good results.

Pumpkin contains protein, carotene, vitamins, 8 essential amino acids for the human body, calcium, zinc, iron, phosphorus and other ingredients.
