White spots on the breast

White spots on the breast

Women's breasts are a part of their body that is unique to women and play a very important role, especially when breastfeeding a baby. Of course, women need to take care of their breasts in life. Certain breast diseases will have a great impact on women's physical health. Fibrocystic breast disease is a relatively common breast disease with a relatively high resolution.

Blood streaks and white spots on the surface of the breast are probably caused by breast hyperplasia. For breast hyperplasia, it is recommended to take vitamin E, breast hyperplasia external application powder, gynecological Xiaoyao pills, etc., which have certain effects when taken together. You should pay attention to your daily living habits to avoid aggravation and deterioration. Eat less fried foods, animal fats, sweets and too much tonic food. Eat more vegetables and fruits, and eat more coarse grains. Black soybeans are the best. Eat more walnuts, black sesame seeds, black fungus, etc., combine work and rest, prohibit the abuse of contraceptives and beauty products containing estrogen, and breastfeed more for mothers to prevent problems before they happen. The most important thing is to do self-examination and regular review.

Early symptoms of breast hyperplasia

1. Breast pain

Breast pain mainly refers to frequent tingling or swelling in the breasts. This pain in the breast is clearly linked to the menstrual cycle. This pain often occurs or worsens a few days before menstruation, but it disappears significantly after menstruation.

In addition, women's emotional fluctuations can also cause breast pain. Breast pain caused by breast hyperplasia is often more severe on one side of the breast, which may even be untouchable, and tends to extend to the armpits and sides, affecting women's normal life and work. Of course, some breast hyperplasia may manifest as nipple itching or pain.

2. Breast lumps

Breast lumps also change with the menstrual cycle. Before menstruation, the lumps will be harder and gradually grow larger, but after menstruation, the lumps will gradually become smaller and softer.

Lumps may appear in one or both breasts, appearing as lumps of varying numbers, sizes, and shapes. The shapes of lumps include flaky, granular, nodular, etc., and flaky lumps are more common. The lumps often have no distinct borders, are often tender, and are often mobile.

3. Nipple discharge

Nipple discharge is also an early symptom of breast hyperplasia. A small number of patients will find milky discharge when squeezing their nipples. The milky discharge is generally bloody, milky white, or straw yellow or brown, which is easier for patients to detect.

4. Irregular menstruation

Women with breast hyperplasia have irregular menstrual cycles, less blood flow, lighter color, and some also experience dysmenorrhea.

5. Mood changes

Patients with breast hyperplasia have greater mood swings and are easily depressed and angry. Once there are negative emotions such as nervous tension and fatigue, the condition of breast hyperplasia will be aggravated.
