Fallopian tube pain

Fallopian tube pain

I believe many people know that women have menstruation every month, but there will be certain ovulation conditions before or after menstruation. When ovulating, one must pay attention to the safety of the fallopian tubes. Sometimes women will find that their fallopian tubes are blocked. When this happens, many people will worry about the impact on their bodies. When there is a problem with a woman's fallopian tubes, infertility will often occur. So what are the possible causes of swelling and pain in women's fallopian tubes? What methods should be used to treat this situation?

1. What is the cause of female fallopian tube pain?

It may be caused by fallopian tube inflammation. Generally, fallopian tube pain cannot be felt, and you must go to the hospital for an ultrasound to get a clear diagnosis. Generally, fallopian tube pain is caused by salpingitis, which is a common adnexal infection in women. In this case, anti-infection treatment is required. Of course, sexual hygiene must be paid attention to.

2. Symptoms of fallopian tube inflammation

1. Lower abdominal pain of varying degrees, mostly dull pain, lumbar pain, and a feeling of falling;

2. Abnormal menstruation, manifested by increased menstrual flow and irregular cycles.

3. Dysmenorrhea is caused by pelvic congestion. Most of the time, abdominal pain begins one week before menstruation and becomes more severe as the menstrual period approaches until the onset of menstruation.

4. Increased leucorrhea. Some patients may not have any symptoms except infertility.

Treatment of fallopian tube inflammation

1. General treatment

Rest in bed in a semi-recumbent position to help localize the inflammation and prevent it from spreading upward. Pay attention to nutritional supplementation and maintaining water and electrolyte balance. After the diagnosis is clear, antipyretic and analgesic drugs can be used appropriately.

2. Infection Control

Based on pathogenic microorganisms and drug sensitivity tests, try to choose effective antibiotics appropriately, with sufficient dosage and thorough and effective anti-inflammatory effect.

3. Surgical treatment

For patients with salpingitis, immediate surgery should be performed to remove the lesions to prevent the inflammation from spreading rapidly into sepsis and endangering life. For localized pelvic abscesses, if fullness and fluctuation can be felt in the posterior fornix, incision and drainage can be performed.

4. Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that fallopian tube obstruction is mainly caused by factors such as phlegm and dampness stagnation, qi deficiency and blood stasis, kidney deficiency and blood stasis, damp-heat stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold and dampness stagnation, etc. Therefore, the treatment should be based on the basic principles of anti-inflammatory and analgesic, blood circulation and blood stasis, and qi and blood tonification, so as to comprehensively regulate the body's circulation and effectively improve the symptoms of fallopian tube obstruction in women.
