How to stop menstruation

How to stop menstruation

Menstruation is a very important process for women, but it is also something that makes women feel annoyed every month. Almost every woman will feel varying degrees of pain during menstruation, which is what we often call dysmenorrhea. Of course, there are some women who do not experience any discomfort during menstruation, but because of some important occasions and special circumstances, they have to choose to stop menstruation. So what are some ways to stop menstruation?

Menstruation is a normal physiological reaction of human beings. Don't change it casually, as it will harm your body. But there are several methods you can try:

1. Take birth control pills. Interference with normal menstrual patterns. (This method may affect the next menstruation)

2. Vigorous exercise. Generally, do not do strenuous exercise during menstruation. The reason is that strenuous exercise can cause the uterus to shed earlier or faster. This can also end menstruation early.

3. Drink brown sugar water. This is also the best way for your body. Lots of water with brown sugar. You want the kind that's just boiling in the pot. Drink it while hot. The amount of menstrual flow will increase on the second day. Drinking it continuously for one or two days will generally end your menstruation. However, drinking brown sugar water during your menstrual period can help discharge menstrual blood and may shorten the number of days of your menstrual period.

The simplest way to delay menstruation is to take progesterone orally. Progesterone has a huge impact on the body, so you should not take it unless it is necessary. If you need to take progesterone orally to delay menstruation, you should start taking it one week before your period. If the time before taking it is less than one week away from the correct menstruation, we recommend that you use the injection method.

Because oral administration may not achieve the desired effect. Generally speaking, if you want to regulate menstruation by taking progesterone orally, you should take it before going to bed. Because progesterone has certain side effects, many people will experience obvious symptoms such as dizziness and nausea after taking it.

Using birth control pills is also a method chosen by many people to help delay menstruation. And the effect of this method is quite obvious. Generally speaking, you should start taking the medicine one week before your period and continue taking it until you think your period will come normally. This period of time is generally longer. If you take it for less than five days, you will not achieve the desired effect.

Finally, I hope everyone can realize that menstruation is not a terrible thing. If your menstruation does not have a big impact on your work, you should not rashly postpone your menstruation. Because many people find themselves having irregular menstruation problems after delaying their menstruation. At this time, you should adjust your menstruation in time to normalize it.
