Use the changing pattern of a woman's basal body temperature to find her ovulation period and abstain from sexual intercourse 3 to 4 days before and 5 to 7 days after.

3. Middle pain method

There is pain in the lower abdomen between two menstrual periods, which is exactly the time before ovulation, which is called intermediate pain. An expert investigation stated that 97% of middle pain is felt before ovulation. Therefore, if you feel middle pain, you can judge that ovulation will occur within 24 hours, but only less than 20% of women experience middle pain.

4. Observation of changes in vaginal secretions

Women's vaginal secretions change regularly during the different stages of the menstrual cycle. 1. Having sex during the safe period will not normally result in pregnancy.
