There is a hard lump on the side of the vulva

After girls have sex, they will be disturbed by various diseases. Perhaps for most people, they cannot distinguish various diseases well, and for the sake of face, they always avoid seeing a doctor and do not want to go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment, which leads to the aggravation of the disease. Some girls have hard bumps on their vulva, and they don’t know the reason, so they need to go to the hospital for examination and treatment. So, what are the reasons for hard bumps on the vulva?

1. Allergic vulvitis is an allergic dermatitis caused by detergents, cosmetics, condoms and medical devices.

2. Mechanical stimulation, such as bad hygiene habits, dirt on the vulva, tight underwear, sweat stimulation, etc.

3. Hematoma after trauma can also cause more serious lumps.

4. Foreign objects in the vagina caused by long-term placement of a pessary or foreign objects remaining in the vagina may cause infection and irritation of the vulva, resulting in swelling and pain.

5. Unexplained vulvar pain: swelling and pain in the vulvar vestibule accompanied by frequent urination, urgency, and pain during urination. The pathogenesis is unclear.

6. Vulvar cyst or vulvar malignant tumor, vulvar cancer, etc.

7. Stimulation of urine and feces: stimulation of diabetes in patients with urinary diseases, fecal contamination, and diabetes.

8. Vulvar infection, such as sexually transmitted diseases, vulvitis caused by bacteria, Trichomonas, fungi, etc. This is one of the most common causes of vulvar lumps.

Why is there a hard pimple on the vulva?

1. Local skin uncleanness

If a woman's local skin is unclean, it is more likely to cause vulvar itching. If women use toilet paper incorrectly or uncleanly, their vulva will be infected by bacteria and cause chronic inflammation, vulvar itching and other diseases.

2. Drug allergy

Improper use of medications by women will not only cause vulvar itching, but will also make it more likely for women to develop cervical erosion or exudation. Some women experience vulvar itching due to incorrect use or vaginal medication.

3. Vaginal Trichomonas

Once a woman is infected with vaginal trichomoniasis, she will experience abnormal symptoms such as itching of the vulva and vagina, and leucorrhea with an odor.

4. Fungal vaginitis

If a woman is infected with fungal vaginitis, she may also experience vulvar hot flashes, vaginal discharge with a bean curd-like odor, and vulvar and vaginal itching.

If a hard lump on the vulva is not caused by unclean skin, then it is most likely caused by disease. Therefore, if a hard lump on the vulva is grown, you must go to the hospital for examination in time and receive timely treatment based on the cause found during the examination.
