TCT cytology detected mild inflammation

Many people in life do not have a correct understanding or knowledge of some cytological tests, so when they develop a disease, they look at the physical examination report and do not know how to deal with it. In fact, cytological problems like this still come from many factors, and everyone needs to have understanding and relevant knowledge to know.

Basic Introduction

All women who are 18 years of age or older and have had sexual activity should undergo a ThinPrep TCT cytology test every 1-2 years, even if you have stopped having sex or no longer have menstruation.

It can also detect cancerous changes, such as endocervical cells and metaplastic cells, pathogens, such as Trichomonas infection, fungal infection, herpes, HBV infection and inflammation. It can detect multiple lesions with one extraction, reduce the number of sampling times for suspicious cases, make female friends suffer less pain, and enjoy the excellent characteristics of non-invasive and painless gynecological examination.

The new Papanicolaou TCT test in the United States is certified by the U.S. FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) and is currently an internationally leading liquid-based cytology examination technology for cervical cancer prevention. TCT cytology testing technology is used in more than 60 of the most famous hospitals in the United States. Due to its high price, only a few hospitals in China have this equipment.

Scope of application

The TCT cytology detector is suitable for the diagnosis of early cervical precancerous lesions and fungal infections, bacterial infections, human papilloma infections and herpes virus infections. During the detection process, the sample collector is first placed in a small bottle containing cell preservation fluid for rinsing to ensure the integrity of the cell sample; then a fully automatic cell detector is used to disperse and filter the sample to reduce the remnants of blood, mucus and inflammatory tissue to obtain a high-purity cell layer; finally, microscopic detection is used to confirm the diagnosis. Therefore, the TCT cytology detector relies on its high-precision filtration membrane core technology and microcomputer automated control system to effectively overcome the inherent limitations of traditional smears, and efficiently solves the problem of inaccurate diagnosis caused by various reasons in the process of traditional smear collection, preparation and storage. It can detect 100% of cancers and almost all precancerous lesions, effectively avoiding missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of cervical cancer.
