The drug flow is inflamed

Although compared with surgical abortion, medical abortion does not cause as much harm to women's bodies, and women do not feel much pain during the operation. However, medical abortion focuses on subsequent developments, because if it is not handled properly, it will cause residues in the uterus, which will have a greater impact on the body. So some women find that their vaginal area becomes inflamed after medical abortion. What should they do at this time?

1. Medical abortion is limited to pregnancy within 49 days. There are two types of pregnancy tissues in the uterus: 1. gestational sac, 2. decidua. Medical abortion is to prevent the fetal sac from continuing to grow and develop in the uterine cavity and expel it from the body through contraction. The expulsion of the gestational sac during medical abortion is considered the end of the abortion. Since the decidua is not completely contracted and expelled, the contraction of the uterus is restricted and the bleeding time will be relatively long. In some women who have had abortion, relaxation of the cervix may lead to retrograde infection and abdominal pain. A follow-up examination is required 2 weeks after medical abortion. It is recommended that you have a follow-up examination in time and decide whether treatment is needed based on the examination results.

2. The symptoms of vaginitis are mostly a relapse because it was not cured last time. It is recommended that you eat a lighter diet in the near future. Spicy and irritating foods can have an impact. Pay more attention to the hygiene of your private parts. You can use Baofukang suppository plus lotion for treatment.

3. Vaginitis is inflammation of the vagina. The vagina of a normal healthy woman has a natural defense function against the invasion of pathogens due to the characteristics of its anatomical tissue. Such as the closure of the vaginal opening, the close contact between the front and back walls of the vagina, the proliferation of vaginal epithelial cells and keratinization of surface cells under the influence of estrogen, and the balance of vaginal acidity and alkalinity

4. The chance is generally low, but infusion therapy can prevent infection. If conditions permit, you can have an infusion for three days, or take oral anti-inflammatory drugs for prevention. Guidance: Pay attention to rest after the operation, do not have sex for the time being, avoid fatigue, and strengthen nutrition.

5. Postpartum vaginal bleeding generally lasts for 3-5 days, and no longer than 15 days. Suggestions: If the bleeding lasts too long, the amount of bleeding is greater than the normal menstrual flow, or is accompanied by obvious abdominal pain, it may be due to incomplete abortion, poor uterine contraction, or infection. You should go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time.
