Breast color hyperecho

Breast color hyperecho

Breast cancer is a very serious disease for women today. Breast cancer is difficult to treat, and patients can usually only delay the onset of the disease through chemotherapy, etc., but the cancer cannot be completely cured. Therefore, women should have regular breast examinations to avoid breast diseases. Some women find that their ultrasound results show that their breasts have strong echoes. So, what is the reason for the super strong echo in breast color ultrasound?

1. What is the strong echo of breast color ultrasound?

When a strong echo cluster appears on B-ultrasound, the main concern is nodule calcification. Fibroma is a benign proliferation of the gland and generally will not become malignant. If there are any abnormal symptoms now, you don’t need to worry too much.

2. How to treat breast fibroadenoma

The most effective treatment for breast fibroadenomas is surgery. Surgery can remove the adenoma and cure it, but in some cases, the adenoma may recur at the original surgical site or regenerate new adenomas in other parts of the breast. Once the disease is diagnosed, it is treated by local excision (including some normal breast tissue around the tumor). For a few giant fibroadenomas, if local excision will cause severe breast deformation, subcutaneous mastectomy plus silicone capsule prosthesis breast implant primary mammoplasty can be performed. The excised tissue is routinely examined by pathology. If there is malignancy, it is treated as breast cancer. The diet should be regular, quantitative, small and frequent meals, and light food, with more vegetables and vitamins. A, C, E, green vegetables and fruits, avoid spicy and irritating foods such as ginger, garlic, leek, pepper, chili, etc.

3. What is breast fibroadenoma?

Breast fibroadenoma, common in young women, is the most common benign breast tumor. Its discovery, just like the story mentioned above, was either discovered by oneself accidentally, by others accidentally, or by color ultrasound during a physical examination. About 14-25% of fibroadenomas may be multiple or bilateral, and their common characteristics are clear boundaries, regular shapes, and mobility.

4. Will fibroadenoma turn into cancer?

All told me that fibroadenomas do not increase an individual's chance of developing breast cancer. In other words: the chance of fibroadenoma becoming malignant is not much higher than that of ordinary glands.
