When you have constipation and abdominal pain due to heat accumulation in the summer, eating some Prunus mume kernel and watermelon as appropriate can have a good effect in clearing heat, promoting bowel movements and relieving abdominal pain.

4. Peach kernel rice porridge

Mash 15 grams of peach kernels into a paste, add appropriate amount of water, grind to extract the juice and remove the residue, then cook it into a thin porridge with 100 grams of polished rice. Peach kernel and rice can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis and relieve pain.
