What is polycystic ovary disease?

Nowadays, female diseases have become a high incidence rate. I hope that all female friends can pay serious attention to their health issues. Today, I will lead you to analyze the occurrence of polycystic ovary disease and the correct medical measures that need to be taken. I hope to take this opportunity to remind the female friends around me to pay attention to their ovarian health and give us a more comfortable life.

Polycystic ovary is caused by dysfunction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, which destroys the mutual dependence and regulation, resulting in the ovaries being unable to ovulate for a long time. The typical clinical manifestations of this disease are anovulatory menstrual disorders, such as amenorrhea, functional uterine bleeding, infrequent menstruation or anovulatory menstruation, often accompanied by hirsutism, obesity, infertility, bilateral ovarian growth or unilateral ovarian enlargement and some changes in hormone levels.

Some malignant or huge ovarian tumors destroy most of the ovarian tissue, which may cause ovarian dysfunction, anovulation, adhesion to surrounding tissues, and blockage of the fallopian tubes, all of which can cause infertility.

Regular check-ups for women are the best way to prevent polycystic ovarian cysts, and once polycystic ovarian cysts are discovered, they should be treated promptly. At present, laparoscopic surgery has become the preferred surgical mode for benign gynecological tumors such as benign mature teratoma, simple cyst, epithelial cyst and ovarian crown cyst. All women's expectations for gynecological surgery are easily met.

Ovarian cysts are treated with a combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy with minimally invasive techniques. The images seen by the patient on the TV screen during the operation are magnified several times clearer than the actual images, and the observation is developed from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, which greatly reduces the blindness of the operation and eliminates missed diagnoses and misdiagnoses. At the same time, the magnified image also helps the patient to detect lesions in time and take measures, providing protection and support for the success of the operation. The incision is small and the recovery is quick.

I wonder if the majority of female friends will understand after listening to the more scientific and detailed introduction above about the pathology of diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome, the medical measures that need to be taken, and the precautions that need to be taken in the subsequent recovery phase. I hope that after this understanding, everyone can pay enough attention to the health of our women.
