Virginity repair surgery

Virginity repair surgery

There are many men who have a virgin complex, and for this reason, many women choose hymen repair surgery, which is a very mature minor surgery nowadays. Many cosmetic surgery institutions have opened this type of surgery. Before hymen surgery, a strict examination is required, vaginal douching is required for at least three days, and sexual intercourse is prohibited for at least one week. Of course, you need to know more before choosing the institution to perform the surgery.

The hymen is a circular mucosal fold at the external opening of the vagina. Its shape and thickness vary from person to person. The most common ones are half-moon or ring-shaped, while a few people have sieve-like or diaphragm-like shapes. After marriage or if you have a history of sexual life or have had trauma, the hymen will rupture. The remnant after the rupture is called the hymen scar, which mainly has three types: fissure shape, block shape, and chrysanthemum petal shape. Hymen repair is the process of repairing these scar fissures that lack sensation and blood supply.

Preoperative preparation

1. Perform a detailed examination of the patient's vulva and vagina.

2. Use a vaginal douche to flush the vagina 3 days before surgery.

3. No sexual intercourse for 1 week before surgery.

Indications

1. Those who require hymen repair due to rupture caused by sexual intercourse or other reasons.

2. Those with old laceration of hymen.

3. The opening of the rectovaginal fistula is close to the hymen ring, and the fistula repair surgery requires a midline incision of the hymen ring.

Timing of surgery

The best time for surgery is 3 to 10 days after the end of menstruation. During this period, vaginal secretions are relatively less and the wound can be fully healed before the next menstruation.

Precautions

1. The perineum should be kept clean and dry after the operation. Change into clean cotton underwear every day.

2. Do not wipe the vaginal opening with toilet paper after each urination.

Do not wash the vulva within 7 days after surgery. The vaginal opening is flushed with sterile saline by professionals every day. Spray gentamicin solution if necessary to prevent infection.

Postoperative Care

1. Avoid activities that put stress on the perineum, such as sitting for long periods of time, riding a bicycle, squatting, and excessively spreading your legs, within 2 weeks after surgery.

2. No sitting bath is required after the operation. Just wipe it gently with a Cleansing cotton ball after defecation.

3. Keep the perineum dry, wear loose, cotton underwear, and do not use sanitary napkins.

4. If the wound ruptures again, it will take 2 to 3 months for the wound to heal before repair surgery can be performed again.

5. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, more crude fiber foods, drink more water, and avoid constipation.
