How to practice vaginal blowing

We all know that when men and women have sexual relations, they need to do piston movements, and in the process of this activity, because the female vagina and the male penis are not necessarily the same size, it is easy for air to enter the female vagina. So of course when the man takes the penis out of the female body, too much air will be filled into the female body, causing vaginal flatulence. So how to exercise vaginal flatulence?

During intercourse, the woman's vagina will make a sound as the penis moves, similar to the sound of farting. This is medically called vaginal flatulence.

2. Causes of vaginal flatulence

1. Childbirth can easily lead to "vaginal flatulence". Childbirth can cause the vagina to over-expand and become loose, or even lose its elasticity. When the front and back walls of the vagina cannot fit tightly together, a cavity is easily formed, which will cause the problem of "vaginal flatulence".

2. Frequent sexual intercourse can easily lead to "vaginal flatulence". Many women have sexual intercourse too frequently, which can cause the vaginal muscles to become overworked due to frequent contractions, resulting in relaxation. As the penis moves, a sound is heard inside the vagina, as if air is being expelled from it.

3. Gynecological inflammation Some patients with vaginitis have microorganisms that infect the vagina, which produce gas during reproduction and exist in the vagina. When the body position changes or the abdominal pressure increases, these gases are discharged from the vagina, causing "vaginal flatulence". Generally, the airflow discharged from the vagina for this reason is mostly weak, and the more important thing is increased vaginal discharge, vulvar itching or vaginal discomfort. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination and treatment after clarifying the cause.

4. Constipation aggravates vaginal flatulence. Constipation will increase the patient's abdominal pressure, and the abdomen will press on the vagina like an inflated balloon. If there is a small amount of gas in the patient's vagina, it will be squeezed out and make a noticeable sound.

3. What to do if a woman has vaginal flatulence?

Obviously, once vaginal flatulence occurs, it will have a great impact on sexual intercourse, and in the long run it will affect the sexual desire of both parties. What should we do then? The best and most direct solution is to correct it by exercising the contraction force of the vaginal muscles. The exercise is as follows:

1. Lie on your back with your buttocks flat on your back and your legs suspended in the air. Close your legs, lift your body up and stretch it straight above your torso, leaning against your abdomen, hold for a while and then slowly lower it. Repeat this 20 times, once in the morning and once in the evening.

2. Lie on your back, relax your whole body as much as possible, overlap your hands on your lower abdomen, and do deep abdominal breathing. When you inhale, your abdomen will bulge, and when you exhale, your abdomen will sink. Repeat this 10-20 times, 2-3 times a day.

3. Lie on your back, cross your legs, squeeze your buttocks and thighs tightly, and gradually lift your anus with force. Hold for about 5 seconds, then return to the original position. You can gradually extend the time of lifting the anus. Repeat 10-20 times, 2-3 times a day.
