The difference between semi-quantitative ovulation test strips and ordinary test strips

The difference between semi-quantitative ovulation test strips and general ovulation test strips is mainly reflected in the sensitivity, detection range, judgment/quantification, whether abnormal ovulation period can be identified, etc. Take Jin Xiuer semi-quantitative and general ovulation test strips as examples.

Jin Xiuer's semi-quantitative ovulation test paper and ordinary ovulation test paper both detect the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) in the urine of pregnant women during pregnancy to find the ovulation period of women, but their test range, sensitivity, and judgment criteria are different.

The LH concentration value of Jin Xiuer's general ovulation test paper has a detection range of 0-25mIU/ml, with low sensitivity. It can find the ovulation period (the time of fertility), but it cannot accurately find the ovulation period. When a strong positive result is detected by the ovulation test paper, it means that the pregnant mother has entered the ovulation period, but it is impossible to tell whether she has already ovulated or whether it is the ovulation period of a woman who is more accurate in predicting;

The LH concentration value of Jin Xiuer's semi-quantitative ovulation test paper has a detection range of 0-65mIU/ml, with high sensitivity. It can accurately find the ovulation period and the chance of Jin Zi becoming pregnant. The test results are synchronized with the hospital outpatient B-ultrasound. When using a semi-quantitative ovulation test paper, the test results can be compared with the color card comparison table, and based on the change of the semi-quantitative result from strong positive to weak (when a woman is ovulating, the body's Lh hormone generally drops from 65 to 25, and at this time the semi-quantitative ovulation test paper will show a change from strong positive to weak), it can be used to determine whether the pregnant mother in the pregnancy preparation period has ovulated or to predict the ovulation period of a woman more accurately. In addition, semi-quantitative ovulation test strips can also identify a large number of female reproductive health and ovulation problems, such as "anovulation", "low peak ovulation period", "polycystic ovary syndrome", "luteinization of follicles" and other abnormal problems.
