It is forbidden to eat foods that produce a lot of gas through fermentation, such as sugar, soybeans, soy milk, and starchy foods.

5. If the physical condition allows, the mother should get up and walk around as soon as possible to promote postoperative recovery, expel gas as soon as possible, and prevent intestinal adhesion and thrombosis from causing embolism in other parts of the body.

6. After delivery, the baby should be fed with breast milk in time, because the baby's sucking can promote uterine contraction, reduce uterine bleeding, and make the wound heal as soon as possible.

7. Communicate well with your husband and avoid having sex too early after giving birth. Having sex too early can cause secondary damage to the uterus that has not fully recovered.

8. Go to the hospital for regular checkups after delivery to ensure that your body has returned to normal.

9. Pay attention to the posture when holding the baby. Hold the head and neck with one hand and support the little butt with the other hand, because the baby's cervical spine is not well developed and this can provide protection. After each feeding, hold the baby upright and pat his burp, and then let the baby sleep on the right side, so that it is not easy to spit up milk. Do not shake or rock the baby while holding him, as the newborn's head is not well developed and is prone to intracranial hemorrhage.
