What to eat after breast surgery

Breast surgery has become a very common treatment method nowadays, but many patients do not pay much attention to their lifestyle adjustments after the surgery, which will hinder the effectiveness of the surgery to a certain extent. Therefore, after breast surgery, you still need to adjust your diet. You can eat more foods that are good for your breasts. In general, you should eat a healthy diet.

Breast hyperplasia is the most common and highly prevalent disease among women of childbearing age, and the proportion of patients with hyperplasia in breast clinics is quite high.

Normal breasts are regulated by estrogen, progesterone and pituitary hormones. The mammary ducts and lobules undergo periodic changes. Imbalance in the regulation of these three hormones can lead to excessive proliferation. Simple breast hyperplasia can heal itself. If the doctor diagnoses it as cystic breast hyperplasia, the symptoms can be relieved after treatment.

The main clinical manifestations after the disease are breast pain, lumps and discharge. Some patients experience recurrent attacks after treatment and they don’t know why, which makes them very distressed. Many patients are impatient for quick results, use medication blindly, and receive unscientific treatments, which ultimately lead to minor illnesses becoming major ones.

Here are some dietary considerations for patients with breast hyperplasia:

How to eat reasonably: In fact, the dietary strategy for breast hyperplasia can be expressed in four words: healthy diet.

1. Optimize the dietary structure and eat less oily foods with high saturated fatty acid content, which is what we usually call a low-fat diet. Patients who are unwilling to accept drug treatment and want to try diet therapy may find that a fat content of less than 15% is effective in reducing breast pain;

2. Eat less spicy foods such as chili peppers, peppercorns, raw onions, and raw garlic;

3. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits;

4. Use nutritional supplements rationally and do not abuse health supplements or cosmetics containing estrogen; reduce long-term intake of exogenous estrogen;

5. Do not smoke, drink less alcohol, and reduce caffeine intake; some studies have shown that breast pain is related to methylxanthine derivatives (caffeine, theobromine, and theobromine). An epidemiological study shows that women who consume caffeine or smoke are at an increased risk of breast pain.

Breast hyperplasia is a common problem among female friends. How should we eat for breast hyperplasia? In fact, we must pay attention to the choice of diet. Diet is very important. We must eat less chili peppers and some irritating foods. Eating more fresh vegetables and fruits is very good for health. Therefore, it is most important to actively prevent breast hyperplasia.
