What causes breast tenderness after ovulation?

For young female friends, regardless of whether their breasts are full or not, they are relatively firm. However, as they age, their breasts will slowly sag, which is also inevitable. In life, if you touch your breasts with both hands, you will definitely feel that they are relatively hard, but sometimes they can become very soft. So the question is, why does this happen?

When a woman's fertilized egg successfully implants, she becomes pregnant successfully, and she will experience pregnancy reactions after conception. Because women will experience pregnancy reactions after conception, some diseases are easily ignored and regarded as normal pregnancy reactions. If your breasts feel tingling, tender, and swollen, you may be pregnant, and these symptoms can occur within the first few days after conception. If you don’t recognize your breasts all of a sudden, you might be pregnant, don’t worry! After your body adjusts to the influx of hormones, the pain will subside and your breasts won’t feel uncomfortable anymore.

Symptoms after implantation of the fertilized egg

1. Cooling

Implantation cooling is based on the ability to accurately measure basal body temperature. Basal body temperature is the comparison between your low temperature and high temperature. As long as the difference between high and low temperature is more than 0.3-0.5 degrees, it is normal. Based on the basal body temperature curve, you can make several relatively correct judgments. When the temperature transitions from low temperature to high temperature, an extremely low temperature will appear. This extremely low temperature is often your ovulation day. Because when the follicle ruptures, estrogen will drop sharply, and the drop in estrogen will also affect body temperature.

Once in the high-temperature zone, the life span of the corpus luteum is 14 days, so the high-temperature period will always be maintained for about 12 days. When it is found that between the 6th and 10th days after ovulation, the body temperature suddenly drops one day, and then rises significantly on the second day, this sudden low temperature is the implantation cooling.

2. Feeling nauseous

Some people begin to experience symptoms of morning sickness in the first few weeks after conception. You may feel nauseous or queasy. Although morning sickness is also called "morning sickness," queasy symptoms are not limited to the morning. You may feel nauseous all day and all night.

3. Feeling tired

Are you always full of energy, but suddenly feel exhausted? The large amount of progesterone (a hormone) secreted can make you feel exhausted. Almost all pregnant women suffer from this symptom, and you can observe other symptoms to confirm your suspicion.
