What causes uterine muscle erosion?

What causes uterine muscle erosion?

When it comes to uterine muscle erosion, I think most women in real life are familiar with it. Because this is a common gynecological disease that is extremely harmful to women. The duration of a woman's menstrual period, unclean sexual life, abnormal menstrual volume, and frequent sexual life may all cause uterine muscle erosion. So what should women pay attention to if they have uterine muscle erosion? How should they prevent this disease in daily life?

1: Abnormal menstrual flow:

Excessive menstrual flow and prolonged menstrual period cause the squamous epithelium of the cervix to be immersed in alkaline secretions and menstrual blood, and to be stimulated for a long time to form inflammation; or due to congenital erosion, the estrogen level decreases, the cervix becomes congested, and the endocervical epithelium proliferates and moves downward, causing the cervix to become eroded, leading to mild cervical erosion, which is also the cause of cervical erosion.

2. Frequent sexual activity:

Another cause of cervical erosion is the intensity of sexual life. The intensity of sexual life should not be too high, 2-3 times a week is appropriate.

3. Long menstrual period:

Prolonged menstruation is a cause of cervical erosion. Women with short menstrual cycles and long duration have a higher incidence of cervical erosion.

4: Multiple artificial abortions:

Every artificial abortion will more or less damage the cervix, giving bacteria the opportunity to invade, thus leading to cervical erosion. Therefore, women who do not want children must pay attention to contraception to avoid repeated miscarriages.

5. Unclean sexual life:

The reason why many women suffer from cervical erosion is actually inseparable from men. The foreskin of men often harbors dirt and filth, which indirectly causes cervical erosion in women. Therefore, you must clean your sexual organs before sex and pay attention to hygiene and health care, as this is also the cause of cervical erosion.

The key point that needs attention is the problem of menstruation. Relatively speaking, abnormal menstruation is more common. For example, excessive menstruation, scanty menstruation, etc. are all manifestations of abnormal menstruation. There are many factors that lead to abnormal menstruation, but you must pay attention to timely conditioning. If menstruation is irregular for a long time, it will lead to the occurrence of diseases, and cervical erosion is just one of them.
