How to deal with itchy private parts of girls

Itching in women's private parts is a very embarrassing thing. Scratching is uncomfortable and may cause skin breakage, but not scratching is extremely itchy. It can be said that this is a very difficult thing to endure. In fact, there are reasons why women's private parts itch, such as not paying attention to private part cleanliness, not paying attention to personal sexual life, or vaginitis, urethritis, etc. In short, no matter what the cause of private part itching is, it should be taken seriously. So what should we do about it?

1. You can buy some special vaginal cleansing lotions, such as Sanofi or complex iodine. Take an appropriate amount of lotion every night to wash your vagina and keep it clean, hygienic and dry. After washing, you can apply some zinc oxide ointment. If it is chronic itching, you can use dexamethasone emulsion for external application, which is very effective.

2. Wear pure cotton underwear that is loose and comfortable. Underwear should be washed and disinfected frequently. It is best to use sanitary pads.

3. It is better to eat more whole grains, such as brown rice, pumpkin and whole wheat bread. You can supplement your body with vitamins appropriately and eat more red dates or wolfberries. You can also take chlorpheniramine, metronidazole, and ethidium bromide orally, which can treat genital itching.

4. Avoid scratching the genitals with your fingernails. Not only will it damage the skin, it will also create a vicious cycle and make the genitals more itchy. Before going to bed, you can apply moisturizing lotion all over your body, or use essential oils and gently massage with your hands. For itchy areas, use more force.

5. Certain diseases or local infections in the body may also cause vaginal itching. It is best to go to the hospital's gynecology department for an examination and receive treatment after a clear diagnosis.

6. Itching caused by vaginitis. Most women's itching is caused by vaginitis, so the itching can be effectively eliminated by treating vaginitis. For vaginitis, you can use Farin and other medicines for cleaning, external treatment, etc.

7. Boil garlic in water and use it to wash the itchy areas. Take an appropriate amount of garlic, boil it with clean water, and then use the boiled water to clean the affected area. Apply 2 to 3 times a day, and the itching symptoms below will be relieved after a few days.

8. Keep your private parts dry and clean. A humid environment will allow bacteria to multiply and breed. When the vagina is infected with bacteria, it will not only cause itching symptoms, but may also cause other gynecological diseases. Therefore, keeping the vagina clean and dry is also a way to solve the itching of women.

9. Wash your underwear thoroughly. The accumulation of bacteria in underwear can also cause vulvar itching, so underwear should be washed thoroughly. When washing, you can use boiling water and let the clothes dry in direct sunlight, which can achieve the effect of sterilization.
