There are three reasons. One is that cold noodles are raw and cold food.

After giving birth, the mother's body is relatively weak and she will suffer from qi and blood deficiency. She cannot eat raw or cold food, especially for women with poor spleen and stomach function. Too cold food will damage the spleen and stomach, affect digestion, and is not conducive to the discharge of lochia and the removal of blood stasis.

The second type is cold noodles, which are spicy and stimulating food.

Eating it after childbirth can easily damage body fluids, consume qi, and damage blood, aggravate qi and blood deficiency or constipation, and it is also harmful to the baby after entering the breast milk. If the mother has a caesarean section, it will not be conducive to the recovery of the wound.

The third type is alum, also known as aluminum sulfate, added to cold noodles.

Excessive intake will affect the function of maternal brain cells, thereby affecting and interfering with people's consciousness and memory functions, causing Alzheimer's disease, and may also cause cholestatic liver disease, leading to bone softening and other symptoms.
