How to give birth early in late pregnancy

Women who have become mothers or are pregnant should know that pregnancy is a very difficult thing. In the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant women generally experience nausea and vomiting, insomnia, dreaminess, and loss of appetite. Although these symptoms of nausea will decrease or disappear in the late stages of pregnancy, it is very inconvenient for pregnant women to carry a big belly. Many pregnant women want their children to be born early, so how can they give birth early in the late stages of pregnancy?

Here are some ways to help with early labor:

1. Communicate more. It is said that mother and child are connected by heart. So when a pregnant woman is about to give birth, she can rinse the bulging abdomen from the upper part of the belly when taking a warm shower. While rinsing, she can gently stroke the abdomen with her palms and communicate with the baby in the womb.

2. Climb stairs. If a pregnant woman is approaching her due date and has no response, she can climb the stairs appropriately. Climbing stairs can promote blood circulation in expectant mothers, which is not only beneficial for delivering nutrients to the fetus, but also helps to excrete waste produced by the fetus.

Note: Climb stairs in moderation and do not climb more than 4 flights of stairs a day. And don't do strenuous exercises, or crawl for too long at a time. Because the baby has fully developed normally in the later stages, if you suddenly perform strenuous exercise, the umbilical cord may be wrapped around the fetus's neck during exercise, causing fetal suffocation.

3. Squat method. For pregnant women who have difficulty climbing stairs, they can start doing slow squats a few days before the due date, every night before going to bed. Start with 5 slow squats as a unit, and do two time units a day, then gradually increase to 4 squats per night. Some pregnant mothers see results after doing it for two or three days.

Note: When squatting, you must move slowly. You don't have to squat completely. You can hold on to the bed and do a half squat, then slowly stand up.

Although there are some methods that pregnant mothers can use to help give birth early, it is best not to use certain labor-inducing drugs, which may be dangerous to pregnant women and babies. Of course, pregnant mothers can also use methods such as communication, walking, climbing stairs and squatting to help early delivery, but they should be careful to do it within their ability and not force themselves.

Principles of nursing care in late pregnancy

Do not leave a pregnant woman alone. On the one hand, there are many naughty little babies who always come unexpectedly, catching prospective parents off guard. Just like the expectant mother mentioned above, the due date was more than a month away, but the baby came suddenly. If the doctor and the police had not arrived in time, an accident might have happened.

On the other hand, some expectant mothers will experience a surge in mental stress in the late stages of pregnancy, fearing that the baby will be unhealthy or that a daughter will be unpopular. If they continue to be left alone, this psychological state may be aggravated, which is unsafe for both the baby and the pregnant mother!

Put work aside. Studies have found that if expectant mothers still insist on working after 8 months of pregnancy, it is extremely detrimental to the development of the fetus and can easily cause the newborn to be underweight. The older the pregnant woman, the greater the impact on the baby. In the late stages of pregnancy, pregnant women should go to the hospital for check-ups on time. If the doctor recommends rest, pregnant women should follow the doctor's instructions and stop working.

Don't mistake stair climbing for exercise. Many people believe that climbing stairs can help with childbirth, but this is actually a deadly pseudoscience. When an expectant mother climbs the stairs, her steps are sometimes high and sometimes low. The baby in the placenta will also move up and down with each step, causing various pressures on the fetus, which can easily lead to premature birth or heavy bleeding.

The best way to exercise is to walk on flat ground for 20 minutes at a time, which can effectively help the fetus descend into the pelvis, relax the pelvic ligaments, and prepare for delivery. When taking a walk, you should first choose a good environment, such as in a garden or woods, and it is best to have your family accompany you.
