What happens if the discharge during pregnancy is yellow and has no odor?

I believe that many women will have such a worry, that there will always be a lot of secretions coming out of their private parts. Under normal circumstances, secretions from women's private parts are normal, so female friends don't need to make a fuss, especially when they reach the stage of pregnancy, various secretions come one after another, which makes pregnant women very troubled. The reason for this phenomenon is the increase of estrogen, but why is the pregnancy secretion yellow and has no odor?

What is the reason for yellow discharge without odor during pregnancy?

1. Causes of secretion

After pregnancy, estrogen increases, progesterone rises, the blood supply to the uterus and pelvic cavity increases, the tissues in the cervix and vagina also change, the glands in the cervical canal increase, and the vaginal venous plexus expands. This series of factors causes an increase in secretions, so it is a normal physiological phenomenon.

But not everyone is like this; every child is different. I didn't have much discharge with my first pregnancy, but I had a lot with my second. It is normal to have secretions during pregnancy. Observe the condition. As long as it is transparent, sticky and has no odor, there is no problem. If it appears yellow, brown, red, or has an odor, consult a doctor immediately.

2. Normal secretion characteristics

Generally speaking, normal secretions are sticky, transparent, thin, egg white-like, and have no odor. Some may be orange, yellowish or light brown.

A variety of discharges are possible due to the increased levels of progesterone and estrogen. If it is just a color change and there is no odor, pain, itching, or other symptoms such as urinary pain or burning, these are all normal and there is no need to worry.
