White sticky discharge

White sticky discharge

As a woman, the body's estrogen grows vigorously, and at a certain period every month, the body will enter the ovulation period. Women who are in their ovulation period will have some white sticky substance down there. These white and sticky secretions are called leucorrhea. Normal leucorrhea is transparent, in small amounts, and has no odor. Abnormal leucorrhea will have some odor and be in large quantity. Let’s take a look at the causes of leucorrhea and the precautions for abnormal leucorrhea.

1. The formation of leucorrhea

1. Physiological leucorrhea is white, paste-like or egg white-like, but the amount is small, relatively sticky, and has no fishy smell. It is relatively normal. Under the action of the pelvic muscles, the female vaginal opening is closed, and the front and back walls are in close contact. The leucorrhea contains some moisture, which can keep the vagina moist. This state can reduce the friction between the front and back walls of the vagina and better protect the vaginal wall from damage.

2. Pathological leucorrhea usually occurs in cases of vaginitis, endometritis or cancer. When these problems occur, the amount of leucorrhea will increase and the condition will also change. These vaginal discharges will have different shapes, colors, and smells.

2. Precautions

1. As for the fried and deep-fried foods in daily life, they are hot and dry in nature and will cause internal heat, which is not conducive to the recovery of the disease, so you should avoid them.

2. You must avoid spicy foods such as onions, ginger, garlic, chili peppers, and alcohol. Because some of the medicines you take require you to avoid these foods, and these foods are also easy to cause you to get inflamed, so they are also very necessary to avoid.

3. Avoid eating fatty, greasy and sweet foods, because these foods are easy to cause dryness and retain moisture, which will make the symptoms worse. These foods include fatty meat, seafood, glutinous rice cakes, etc.

4. There are also some foods, such as raw and cold drinks, which should be avoided because these foods are cold in nature and can easily burden the stomach and intestines and aggravate the symptoms.
