Want to know how to get pregnant quickly

For many newlyweds, after getting married, they will consider the issue of having children. However, some couples find that even though they have prepared themselves mentally, they still cannot get pregnant. I went to the hospital for a checkup and they didn't find anything wrong. In fact, when it comes to pregnancy, in addition to being mentally prepared, you also need to pay attention to some other matters. Do you want to know how to get pregnant quickly?

How to get pregnant

1. Pregnancy-friendly positions

The most fertile position is the posterior position, which is especially recommended for women with a posterior uterus. It allows the man's semen to enter the vagina smoothly and not easily flow out, allowing the cervix to be immersed in the semen pool for a long time, thus achieving the purpose of conception. After ejaculation, women should lie flat on their backs, lift their legs or place a pillow under their buttocks to prolong the retention time of semen in the vagina.

2. Find the ovulation period

As we all know, the pregnancy rate is relatively high if you have sex during the ovulation period, especially on the ovulation day, the pregnancy rate is even higher. For women with regular menstrual cycles, the ovulation period can be calculated accurately. The specific algorithm is to count back fourteen days from the next menstrual period. That day is the ovulation day. The four days before and five days after the ovulation day are the ovulation period. As long as you can have sex during the ovulation period, the chance of conception is very high. In addition to this method of calculating the ovulation period, you can also use ovulation test strips or follicle monitoring methods to determine the ovulation period and ovulation day, which will be more accurate.

How can you get pregnant? The most basic condition for getting pregnant is that both husband and wife do not have infertility problems. Then, find the ovulation period and have sex in a fertile position during the ovulation period, which can greatly increase the pregnancy rate. If both husband and wife are experiencing infertility, they need to go to the hospital in time for relevant examinations and then receive symptomatic treatment so that they can conceive as soon as possible.
