How long does it take to tell the gender of a baby during pregnancy?

Most women are very curious during pregnancy and want to know as early as possible whether the baby in their belly is a boy or a girl. However, my country also has requirements that hospitals are not allowed to inform pregnant women and relatives of the gender of the baby during pregnancy. Therefore, various ways to identify boys have emerged in the market. So how long does it take to determine the gender of a baby during pregnancy?

How long does it take to test the gender of a baby during pregnancy?

Although modern society is constantly developing, most people still retain certain old ideas when it comes to the gender of their children. When pregnant parents learn that they are pregnant, the first question their family members ask is usually not whether the baby is healthy, but whether the baby is a boy or a girl, which is also a real problem. Generally speaking, around 16 weeks of pregnancy, which is 4 months of pregnancy, pregnant women can do B-ultrasound to check the gender of the baby. B-ultrasound is a simple and convenient method. When you are three months pregnant, the fetus already has well-developed external reproductive organs, so B-ultrasound can usually infer the gender of the fetus in April. However, the determination of fetal gender is also closely related to the fetal position. If the fetus is in a good position within the mother's womb and the doctor has rich experience in diagnosis and treatment, the gender of the fetus can be accurately determined. Medically speaking, B-ultrasound examination can be performed around 20 weeks of pregnancy to identify the sex of the fetus, provided, of course, that the fetus is in the right position and the ultrasound doctor can see the key parts of the baby. At this stage, the differences between boys and girls are already very obvious. As your pregnancy progresses, these differences will become more recognizable. If your baby is surrounded by enough amniotic fluid and his feet are not tucked between his legs, then the gender of the baby can usually be determined based on the B-ultrasound data in the late pregnancy.

What to do for infertility in men and women

1. Check the uterus and ovaries: The uterus and ovaries are the areas where egg cells are produced. Diseases such as uterine and ovarian hypoplasia, inflammation, and cysts can affect the transformation and development of egg cells and cause infertility.

2. Check the uterus: The uterus is the cradle of the pregnancy process, where the sperm and egg combine, the embryo implants and grows into a baby. Intrauterine inflammation, adhesions, endometriosis, and uterine hypoplasia are all causes of infertility.

3. Check both sides of the fallopian tubes: The tubes that transport egg cells are the area where male sperm and egg cells fuse. Fallopian tube inflammation, adhesions, blockages, etc. are the main causes of female infertility.

4. Semen analysis: It is a must-check item for infertility. There are many inspection contents, including sperm color, sperm density, sperm liquefaction time, pH acidity and alkalinity, sperm count, sperm motility, sperm survival rate and shape, etc.

5. Sperm penetration test: This item is mainly to check whether the infertility is caused by insufficient sperm penetration. The tests include post-sexual life test, sperm capillary penetration test, and sperm cervical mucus penetration test.

6. Medical immunology examination: sperm agglutination antigen or brake system antigen in blood cells or seminal plasma is detected through sperm agglutination test or brake system bridge.

7. Semen examination: Semen is generally collected by massage techniques. Normally it is milky white and slightly alkaline. Under a high-power microscope, you can see soybean lecithin granules, a small amount of squamous cells, tapioca amyloid and sperm, and the white blood cell count is <10. When there is inflammation, the number of white blood cells increases, and even a large number of pus balls can be seen, and the soy lecithin particles are significantly reduced.
