When genital warts occur on the vulva of women, the most typical symptom is that there are very few soft and tiny pink papules in the early stage of the disease. Then, as the disease progresses, they will further increase in number and size, and the papules will merge or overlap with each other. The surface looks very uneven, like a wart. Because some areas are very humid and hot and have chronic irritation, the warts will grow rapidly and eventually become shapes of different sizes, such as nipple-shaped, cauliflower-shaped, cockscomb-shaped or mushroom-shaped. These warts are very soft and will bleed easily when touched.

4. During the onset of genital warts, some patients produce white, dirty or red secretions that soak onto the surface of the warts, causing great inconvenience to the lives of female patients. The root of the wart is very narrow and has a stalk. The surface is also very moist, and there is often exudation, erosion, and skin damage. At the same time, there are very purulent secretions pushed inside the cracks, so bacterial infection is very likely to occur, and there is also a very strong foul odor.
