Women sweat on their chest when sleeping at night

Women sweat on their chest when sleeping at night

Women always sweat easily on their chests before going to bed at night. This is a very abnormal phenomenon. Do not choose to drink iced drinks or eat some cold food to relieve chest sweating. This will cause sweat to be unable to be discharged and cause more serious phenomena. The cause of chest sweating needs to be further identified before treatment.

Excessive sweating on the chest is believed to be closely related to obesity. It can also be seen in sympathetic nerve excitement. Excessive sweating caused by excessive exercise requires appropriate weight loss in normal times. You can run for about half an hour every day. Sweating generally does not require treatment. If it feels serious, you need to go to the hospital for an examination and use Chinese medicine for treatment.

First, avoid stimulant beverages such as coffee, tea, and energy drinks. These drinks, even alcohol and some dishes contain a lot of stimulating ingredients such as pepper or chili, which will increase the temperature of the blood. When the blood temperature exceeds a certain threshold, the hypothalamus is stimulated to command the sweat glands to secrete. It is easy to break out in a sweat a few minutes after drinking alcohol or eating spicy food.

Second, you should avoid drinking overly hot or iced drinks. When you drink hot drinks, you absorb a lot of heat, and your body will cool down by sweating, thus keeping your body temperature at a constant level. On the other hand, iced drinks can also make you sweat because your body thinks it's cold and needs to warm up. So you should drink beverages at room temperature.

Third, avoid eating foods that increase the burden on the liver. Some foods are difficult to digest and can overload the liver. One of the purposes of sweating is to excrete toxins. An overloaded liver will cause excessive acidic secretions in sweat. Therefore, try to eat less candy or sugary products containing fructose, lactose and glucose, and avoid eating red meat and sausages, as well as other foods containing large amounts of trans fatty acids.

Additionally, sage can help reduce the amount of perspiration. Sage is an astringent plant that regulates sweat gland activity. Drinking sage water after three meals a day for 10 consecutive days can effectively relieve excessive sweating. If you don't like drinking medicinal tea in the summer, you can drop 2 drops of sage essential oil on a small piece of bread and eat it once a day, 5 times a week. However, this method is not recommended for pregnant women and patients with hormone-dependent cancers.
