Specific judgment and adjustment should be made based on the tongue, pulse and other physical conditions. But the first two are generally more common. You can try taking the Chinese patent medicines "Xiaoyao Pills" and "Motherwort Granules" orally. The former soothes the liver and regulates qi, while the latter promotes blood circulation, removes blood stasis and dredges menstruation. Start taking it 1 to 2 weeks before your period.

3. In addition, generally, after women get married during their childbearing period, with regular sexual life and childbirth, some patients’ menstrual low back pain will be relieved or disappear.

4. It is recommended to do moderate exercise to enhance physical fitness and keep a happy mood. You can drink some black chicken soup stewed with Angelica and Astragalus on a regular basis. It contains 10g of Angelica, 20g of Astragalus, half to a black chicken, and 10g of wolfberry. Adjust the soup according to personal taste. Drink it two to four times a month. It can help with beauty and regulating menstruation.
