Ovulation constipation

Ovulation constipation

Ovulation is a period that every woman goes through. It is the period between your last menstrual period and your next menstrual period. Women who are in their ovulation period may experience many uncomfortable symptoms at any time. Some women experience severe pain in the lower abdomen. Some women may even suddenly become very irritable. Everyone has a different constitution and symptoms. Some people may experience constipation. Let’s take a look at what causes constipation during ovulation.

What causes constipation during ovulation?

There is generally no direct relationship between ovulation and constipation. The occurrence of constipation may be related to factors such as irregular diet. This should be treated with laxative drugs in time. You can choose aloe vera capsules and other medicines. Spicy and irritating foods should be avoided.

The ovulation period can be calculated according to the menstrual cycle. It is generally counted from the first day of the next menstrual period. Counting down 14 days or subtracting 14 days is the ovulation day. The 5 days before ovulation, the ovulation day, and the 4 days after ovulation, the sum of these three times is the ovulation period.

For example, if the menstrual cycle is 30 days, and the first day of this menstruation is September 1st, then the next menstruation will be October 1st. Counting back 14 days from October 1st, September 17th is the ovulation day. The ovulation period is 5 days before ovulation, ovulation day, and 4 days after ovulation, that is, the ten days from September 12th to September 21st.

Normally, a woman's ovaries release a mature egg every month. If you have sex during this period, your chances of getting pregnant will be greater. However, it does not necessarily mean that conception will occur successfully.

After male sperm is discharged from the body, its average survival time in the female reproductive tract is: 0.5-2.5 hours in the vagina, 48 hours in the cervix, 24 hours in the uterus, and 48 hours in the fallopian tube; while an egg is released from the ovary and survives in the fallopian tube for about 12-16 hours. The place where the sperm and egg combine is in or near the cumulus of the fallopian tube. Experts recommend having sexual intercourse every two days one week before ovulation. This will allow the sperm to reach the fallopian tube and meet the egg earlier or on time. This method of sexual intercourse has a significantly higher pregnancy rate than sexual intercourse after ovulation.

In addition, a peaceful mindset is also a key factor in pregnancy. For example, long-term anxiety and stress (including work, life, and fertility) can affect men's sexual function and semen quality, as well as women's ovulation and egg function. Men and women do not need to pay too much attention to the ovulation period. Regulating anxious and nervous emotions will help with successful conception.
