What causes nipple pain during menopause?

Dietary precautions

It is advisable to eat foods that have the effect of calming the nerves and lowering blood pressure, such as pig heart, celery, red dates, hawthorn, sour jujube, and mulberry; it is advisable to eat more foods rich in B vitamins, such as coarse grains (millet, corn, oatmeal), mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, animal liver, kidney, lean meat, milk, vegetables, and fruits, etc.; it is advisable to use vegetable oils for cooking, such as soybean oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, corn oil, and peanut oil; it is advisable to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, spinach, cabbage, rapeseed, tomatoes, carrots, black fungus, hawthorn, oranges, fresh dates, bananas, pears, apples, etc.

Avoid spicy and irritating foods, such as alcohol, coffee, cocoa, strong tea, onions, garlic, chili peppers, pepper, etc.; avoid high-fat, high-cholesterol foods; animal fat, fish roe, egg yolks, and offal; avoid bacon, salted eggs, pickles, pickled mustard and other overly salty foods.
