From the moment she comes out of the delivery room, the mother begins to sit in the "confinement period". How well she spends this confinement period is directly related to whether she will have sequelae in the future. Therefore, expectant mothers need to understand in advance how to take care of themselves after delivery, especially what to do on the first day after delivery.

6. Breast pain after sexual intercourse: This is related to the physiological changes in the breasts during sexual intercourse. People with low libido or disharmonious sex life cannot achieve sexual satisfaction, so breast congestion and swelling are not easy to subside, or they subside incompletely. Continuous congestion will cause breast pain.
