What causes cloudy urine in women?

The problem of turbid urine is a common problem in our clinical practice, and it is often directly related to chronic kidney disease. So what happens if a woman has kidney disease? Now let's take a detailed look at the causes of turbid urine in women.

First of all, when women suffer from chronic nephritis, acute glomerulonephritis or nephrotic syndrome, the first symptom is swelling of the whole body. At the beginning, swelling appears in the eyelids and face, and gradually such symptoms may appear all over the body. In severe cases, there may be pleural effusion.

The most important symptom is the problem of mixed urine, which is mainly caused by proteinuria or hematuria due to renal insufficiency. More serious patients can directly see turbid urine or even hematuria with the naked eye. At the time of diagnosis 1. The whole body is swollen and pitting.

2. Heavy proteinuria (++++-

++++++) or 24-hour urine protein exceeds 0.1g/kg and persists for more than 2 weeks.

3. Hypoproteinemia: The total plasma protein is lower than normal, with the albumin level being more significantly reduced, often <30 g/L. A2 and β-globulin were relatively elevated.

4. Hypercholesterolemia: Plasma cholesterol is usually >5.7mmol/L (220mg/dl).

Generally, women's urine becomes turbid between the ages of 35 and 45. At this time, long-term work fatigue, catching a cold, or having a weak constitution can cause turbid urine and kidney problems. Therefore, once we find that there is a problem with turbid urine, it is recommended to promptly treat the symptoms to avoid delaying the disease.
