Are you worried about being pregnant?

There are many ways to check whether you are pregnant. The most common way is to use a pregnancy test stick to test if you find that your period is delayed. Others can confirm the diagnosis through B-ultrasound by a doctor. But some women say they often feel anxious. Is this because they are pregnant? This situation cannot be determined to be caused by pregnancy, but this factor cannot be ruled out. There are many reasons for palpitations, such as low blood sugar, so it is best to go to the hospital for a diagnosis.

Panic does not necessarily mean pregnancy

1. Physiological palpitations and shortness of breath. Some young people experience palpitations and shortness of breath, which are often physiological. Because we usually sit in the office for a long time or stay at home and lack exercise, we will feel our heartbeat quicken if we move a little. Also, when there are some factors that cause cardiac sympathetic response, the heart rate will increase. Be careful to remove those irritants, and then you will slowly return to normal.

2. It may be due to heat stroke or other reasons. Feeling anxious and short of breath may be due to heat stroke or some other reason causing tachycardia. Proper rest can relieve the symptoms. If you experience frequent palpitations and shortness of breath, or if the symptoms do not improve after rest, it is best to go to the hospital for a check-up and have an electrocardiogram.

3. Caused by psychological reasons. Panic and shortness of breath are mainly caused by psychological reasons. Due to unhappy mood and bad emotions, it is easy to get sick. Some people are more emotionally delicate. When they encounter unpleasant things, they easily become sulky and depressed, which often makes them feel anxious and short of breath. This type of cause of palpitations and shortness of breath is the most common. So you should take everything lightly and don't get stuck in a rut.

4. It is normal to experience palpitations after excessive exercise, but if you experience palpitations when sitting, it is likely that there is some disease in our body. Therefore, many people attach great importance to this sudden symptom and worry that they may suffer from some disease.

If you feel anxious and your legs or hands start to go numb for no apparent reason when you are sitting or lying down, it may be a neurosis or hyperthyroidism, which is related to irritability, poor sleep, work pressure, fatigue, etc. Go to the hospital first to do an electrocardiogram and thyroid function test to rule out heart disease and hyperthyroidism.

Palpitations may be a sign of physical weakness, so we must strengthen physical exercise in our daily lives and not sit at work for a long time without paying attention to exercise. Many people simply rely on diet to supplement the nutrients needed by the body. In fact, physical exercise is the key to enhancing one's physical fitness. We need to pay attention to this.

5. Pregnant women will experience symptoms of palpitations during pregnancy. It is mainly caused by the development of the fetus. As the fetus develops, the blood supply capacity of the pregnant woman's body needs to be strengthened. If the blood supply is insufficient, it will cause pregnant women to have symptoms of palpitations. Regarding the symptoms of palpitations in pregnant women, we recommend that pregnant women pay more attention to rest and walk outside appropriately, which are all good therapeutic effects on palpitations. The heart load increases because as the child grows up, the mother has to take on the circulatory functions of both herself and the child, so the heart's workload and load increase, and sometimes symptoms such as palpitations may occur.
