How to produce milk quickly

How to produce milk quickly

Having a child is really a difficult process. You have to prepare for pregnancy before getting pregnant, be careful during pregnancy, and still have to worry about everything after giving birth. The first thing a mother has to face after a child is breastfeeding. After all, it is said that breast milk is better. However, some mothers just can’t produce milk, and some mothers do so because of insufficient nutrition. Therefore, they need to choose to supplement nutrition, and they can also try to let the baby suck hard. This is the reason why many women drink some soup or water after giving birth.

(1) Strengthen the baby's sucking. Experiments have shown that after the baby feeds, the prolactin in the mother's blood will increase exponentially. This is because when the baby sucks the nipple, it stimulates the mother's pituitary gland to secrete prolactin, thereby increasing milk secretion.

(2) Avoid taking medication. You must not take any medicine during breastfeeding. Some medicines and foods can affect the secretion of breast milk, such as antithyroid drugs, hawthorn, etc. If you are sick, it is best to take medicine under the doctor's orders.

(3) Supplement nutrition. All the nutrients in breast milk come from the mother's body. If the mother is in a state of malnutrition for a long time, it will naturally affect the normal milk secretion. Choose foods with high nutritional value, such as milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits, etc. At the same time, prepare more soup, which can catalyze the secretion of milk.

(4) Maintain the nurse’s good mood. After giving birth, mothers will experience greater mood swings due to physiological and environmental factors, and often become depressed, which will restrict the secretion of breast milk. Medical experiments have shown that when a mother is depressed, her milk secretion will decrease sharply.

(5)Diet therapy. On the basis of taking the above measures, combining them with lactation-promoting foods, the effect will be more obvious. Foods such as pig's trotters and peanuts can promote the secretion of milk.

A balanced diet is an important rule for breastfeeding mothers.

Breastfeeding mothers should also pay great attention to water supplementation. Since mothers often feel thirsty, they can replenish water while breastfeeding, or drink more soup drinks such as fresh fish soup, chicken soup, fresh milk and boiled water. Just replenish water moderately so that the milk supply will be both sufficient and nutritious.

It is difficult for mothers who are eager to lose weight in order to regain their figure to maintain their milk supply. It is recommended that breastfeeding mothers wait until the breastfeeding period is over before controlling their diet to lose weight. In fact, breastfeeding already consumes a lot of calories. As long as mothers do not eat too much and do some postpartum exercise, they can avoid fat accumulation.
