What causes dry skin on breasts?

The skin of the breasts can also become dry, because the breasts are very delicate organs. For women, breast care requires special care and the breasts must be hydrated. The simplest way to hydrate the breasts is to use warm water. Dry breasts are caused by a lack of vitamins and moisture, and the dryness of the surrounding skin can lead to fine lines and aging.

1. Breast skin can also be dry

Due to less contact with the outside world and the dense skin glands around the nipples that can secrete natural moisturizing body fat, the breast skin has become one of the smoothest and most delicate parts of our body. Despite this, breasts can also have problems such as dryness and roughness. In autumn, due to the large temperature difference between day and night and the sudden changes in temperature, the skin's resistance decreases, making the above-mentioned problems more likely to occur, just as wrinkles, fine lines, aging and other problems are also likely to occur.

The first step to maintaining beautiful breasts is a balanced diet. Collagen is called "bone of bones, skin of skin". Foods such as pig's trotters, beef tendons, pig's trotters, chicken wings, chicken skin, fish skin and cartilage all contain collagen.

2. Clean the breasts, preferably with warm water

Modern medicine believes that there are sebaceous glands and apocrine glands on the breasts, and the oil on the surface of the breast skin is secreted by the sebaceous glands under the areola.

Experts point out that frequent use of soap-like cleaning products will wash away the keratinized cells on the surface of the skin through chemical reactions, prompting cell division and proliferation.

If these keratinized cells are removed frequently and continuously, the protective layer on the surface of the skin will be damaged, causing the epidermis to swell. This swelling is caused by excessive dryness, adhesion and cell shedding in the breast area. If you reuse soap and other cleaning products every night, it will easily alkaline the local skin of the breast. It will take a certain amount of time for the local skin of the breast to be covered with a protective layer again and to restore its acidic environment. While soap continuously alkalinizes the skin surface, it also promotes the proliferation of alkaline bacteria on the skin, making it more difficult to acidify the breast locally.
