Why is there bleeding down there?

It is normal to bleed when your hand is cut by a knife; it is also normal to have a nosebleed occasionally, but if bleeding from below occurs from time to time, it may be a problem. Biology says that when female friends reach a certain stage of growth, they will routinely bleed every month. This is a normal phenomenon and is good for the body. However, if in addition to this normal blood discharge, bleeding occurs from time to time, this is not normal. What is the reason?

Vaginal bleeding is one of the most common symptoms of female genital diseases. The causes are multifaceted. In addition to normal menstruation, vaginal bleeding can also occur when the reproductive organs are inflamed, pathological pregnancy, endocrine diseases, trauma, tumors, etc. Therefore, if a female friend has abnormal vaginal bleeding, she should go to the hospital immediately to find out the cause of the bleeding. Clinical manifestations and identification points: 1. Regular vaginal bleeding

(1) Increased menstrual flow : The main manifestation is normal menstrual cycle, but heavy menstrual flow or prolonged menstrual period. This type of bleeding is often related to uterine fibroids, adenomyosis or placement of an intrauterine device.

(2) Intermenstrual bleeding : It occurs in the middle of two menstrual periods, usually lasting 3 to 4 days. The amount of bleeding is generally less than the amount of menstrual blood, and may occasionally be accompanied by lower abdominal pain or discomfort. This type of bleeding is caused by the rupture of the follicle during menstruation and the temporary decrease in estrogen levels. It is also called ovulation bleeding.

(3) Premenstrual or postmenstrual spotting : A small amount of vaginal bleeding continues for several days before and after menstruation, often with continuous bleeding. This can be seen in ovulatory menstrual disorders or side effects of intrauterine contraceptive device placement. Endometriosis can also cause similar conditions. 2. Vaginal bleeding without a cyclical pattern

(1) Contact bleeding : Vaginal bleeding that occurs immediately after sexual intercourse or vaginal examination. It is bright red and the amount can be large or small. It is common in acute cervicitis, early cervical cancer, cervical polyps or submucosal fibroids.

(2) Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding : If the patient is a woman of childbearing age with or without lower abdominal pain, nausea and other symptoms, first consider pregnancy-related diseases, such as miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or trophoblastic disease; if the patient is an adolescent woman with no sexual history or a perimenopausal woman with other symptoms, anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding should be considered. For the latter, reproductive tract malignancies should be ruled out first.

(3) Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding: Generally, the amount of bleeding is small, and it may continue or recur. Occasionally, it may be accompanied by lower abdominal pain. Endometrial cancer should be considered first, and it can also be seen in senile vaginitis or endometritis.

(4) Vaginal bleeding after trauma: common after straddle injury, the amount of bleeding can be more or less, accompanied by pain in the vulva. 3. Long-term vaginal bleeding without any discernible cycle: generally caused by reproductive tract malignancies, first consider the possibility of cervical cancer or endometrial cancer. Comments and suggestions: Please analyze the condition in detail according to the question and provide reasonable guidance. The answer is irrelevant and perfunctory or the treatment is not thorough. It is recommended to go to the hospital for surgical treatment of cervical erosion. Because cervical erosion is insensitive to drugs, no medicine is useful. The only way to cure it is surgical treatment and regular check-ups. Try not to use condoms (one of the main causes of cervical erosion).
