Why do you need pelvic repair?

Why do you need pelvic repair?

After giving birth, many women undergo pelvic repair. This is because, during the delivery process, the pelvis becomes somewhat loose. If pelvic repair is not performed, it is difficult to restore the pelvis to its previous tight state. This can easily affect the pelvic floor muscles, causing women to be more susceptible to gynecological diseases. Of course, it will also reduce women's sexual sensitivity and may cause dislocation, so the impact is still large and unfavorable.

After giving birth, if pelvic repair is not performed, it is difficult for the pelvis to return to its previous tight state, and the pubic symphysis will be separated for a long time, causing the following problems:

1. Pelvic floor muscles:

The pelvic floor muscles are under a lot of pressure during pregnancy and are already very loose. If the pelvis supporting the pelvic floor muscles is not closed at this time, the pelvic floor muscles will inevitably become even looser. They support the uterus, ovaries, appendages, vagina, bladder, rectum and other organs in our pelvic cavity like a net bag. Relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles will inevitably cause vaginal relaxation and sagging, uterine prolapse, and relaxation of the bladder sphincter. This is why many mothers are prone to urinary incontinence and inability to hold urine after giving birth. Even if you stop leaking after a few months, you will still leak urine when you laugh or cough when you are in your forties. Severe cases may even cause urinary incontinence. This is all because of the failure to repair the pelvis after childbirth.

2. Gynecology:

If the pelvis is not closed, it is easy to catch cold again, invade with dampness and cold, and cause repeated attacks of gynecological inflammation, such as vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease (the pelvic cavity is prone to become enlarged, and bacteria are more likely to multiply), pelvic effusion, etc. This is the fundamental reason why women are prone to gynecological inflammation after giving birth, and the disease recurs repeatedly and cannot be cured.

3. Improve sensitivity:

The pelvis is tightened by three centimeters and the vagina is tightened by one centimeter, so pelvic repair can also help improve the sensitivity of sexual life and is beneficial to family happiness. It not only improves physical health, but also brings harmony to our family and couple's sexual life.

4. Cause dislocation:

The pelvis is located in the middle of our body and plays an important role in connecting the upper and lower parts. If the pubic symphysis is not closed and is in an open state, it is easy to cause dislocation (many bad postures, such as crossing the legs, twisting the waist, etc.). A slight dislocation can cause back pain and leg pain. Severe and long-term dislocation can also cause scoliosis. Some mothers are prone to sprains for several years after giving birth because they have not undergone pelvic repair. In addition, the widening of the pelvis causes the buttocks to collapse, the lower abdomen to protrude, the uterus to not return to its place, and the internal organs to not return to their place. Therefore, pelvic repair is necessary! The first 6 months after delivery is the golden period for pelvic recovery. It is a must-do for postpartum mothers. The earlier the pelvic repair is done, the better the effect. If you miss the golden period, it will be ineffective.
